USER’S AGREEMENT
In consideration of being accepted by WebMaster Tech (mdisp.com) and being authorized to use the services of (mdisp.com), members or users agree for themselves, their legal representatives, their heirs and assigns, to hereby release and discharge WebMaster Tech of mdisp.com., their officials and employees, heirs and assigns, and all other persons, businesses and organizations involved with the provision of WebMaster Tech and mdisp.com services from any and all liability for loss or damage on account of indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses arising out of membership in mdisp.com, Inc. or participation in mdisp.com services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, even if mdisp.com or WebMaster Tech had been advised of or should have reasonably known of the possibility of such damage or loss.

In addition, the user agrees to defend and indemnify and hold harmless mdisp.com, WebMaster Tech, and their heirs and assigns, from and against any an all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to any acts by the user or materials or information transmitted by the user in connection with the use of the mdisp.com, leading wholly or partially to claims against mdisp.com by other callers or parties

Spamming will not be tolerated and grounds for immediate termination. Un-limited dialup does not mean dedicated connection. It means you can dial in as often as you are actively using the Internet and should be disconnected when not in use. Programs or configuration that hold the lines open are prohibited and grounds for termination. The customer or WebMaster Tech may cancel this account at anytime

Adding mdisp.com as your Internet Provider
Windows 95/98 - From the Desktop Screen of Windows 95/98, double click on My Computer. Now, double click on Make a New Connection. In the prompt, type in WMD for the computer you are dialing. Click NEXT. Type in the telephone number. Maryland has the 10 digit dialing now so if you live in Maryland, make sure that you add the complete ten digit dialup telephone number. Click NEXT. Another screen will come up and say that you are Finished. Click on Finish and you will now have a new icon named WMD in the Dial Up Networking box. Right  click on the WMD icon, click on properties. Enter a local phone number from the list below.

WindowsXP - Click on the Start >All Programs>Accessories>Communications>New Connection Wizard, click Next.  Select Connect to the Internet.  Click Next. Select Set up my connection manually. Click Next.  Select Connect using a Dial-up modem.  Click Next.  Type WMD in the ISP Name box. Click Next. Enter the phone number local to your area (240-xxx-0932) , Click Next. Enter your email address as your User Name. Enter your Password then again to confirm. Click Next. Select Add a shortcut to my Desktop, click Finish.

Windows2000 - Click on the Start >settings>Network and Dial-up Connections. Double-click Make New Connection, click Next.  Select Dial-up to the Internet.  Click Next. Select I want to set up my connection manually. Click Next.  Select I connect through a phone line and modem.  Click Next.  Enter the phone number local to your area (240-xxx-0932) , Un-Check use area code and dialing rules. Click Next. Enter your email address as your User Name and Password. Click Next. Type the name wmd, click Next.

Select Yes if you want to setup and Internet mail account now. Click Next. Enter your name. Click Next. Enter your email address, Click Next. Enter mail.mdisp.com for both incoming POP3 and Outgoing SMTP. Click Next. Enter your complete email address and password. Click Next. Click Finish .

Check for local dialup numbers
When finished double click on your new connection icon called wmd. 
Enter your complete email address and password then click on connect.
